Snap! London's Doppelgängers
In vast cities like London, New York & Paris, where millions of people live cheek-by-jowl, you can feel like a hugely unique individual, someone who strides with pride knowing that you are really different to everyone else.
But in our ever homogenised consumerist society your sense of uniqueness will at some stage be shattered, and you will eventually run into someone who is your doppelgänger or twin.
Shot Jan - May 2015
Crossroads
Shot all around Oxford Circus.
Autumn 2014
East of West
This is so called as I had previously been shooting in the West End and when moving over to Brick Lane in East London, I was influenced by the title of 1999 film East is East.
These were shot with a new Canon 6D.
Spring 2014
99 London Faces
Shot around Soho and the Charlotte Street area of the West End of London.
Autumn 2013
Victoria
Shot around Victoria railway station and Tachbrook Street Market, where there was an unusually high number of OAPs pushing trollies, something you don't see that often in the bustling centre.
Shot using an iPhone4, hence the square format.
Spring 2012
Soho Faces
Shot around Soho at lunch time and whilst walking to work on Sheraton Street, from my commute into Charing Cross.
Shot using an iPhone4, hence the square format.
